When calling the office, please be prepared to give the receptionist a very brief description of your child's problem. Routine questions can often be answered faster by our back-office staff. Additionally, you can leave a voicemail for your physician.
Daytime phone calls are for brief, uncomplicated problems. There may be a fee for extended telephone consultations. If you are concerned about a more involved issue, such as a behavior problem or prolonged illness, it is usually best to come in to the office for a consultation or schedule a telemedicine visit.

Canceling an Appointment
Our time is reserved exclusively for you—we do not double book. If you are unable to keep your child's visit or find that you are going to be late, please call. There is a cancellation fee for well child check appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before the appointment time.
