When calling the office, please be prepared to give the receptionist a very brief description of your child's problem. Routine questions can often be answered faster by our back-office staff.
Daytime phone calls are for brief, uncomplicated problems. There may be a fee for extended telephone consultations. If you are concerned about a more involved issue, such as a behavior problem or prolonged illness, it is usually best to come in to the office for a consultation.
If you are a new patient, we would be happy to schedule you for a complimentary interview with one of our physicians.

Our time is reserved exclusively for you—we do not double book. If you are unable to keep your child's visit or find that you are going to be late, please call. It is often possible for us to fill appointments that our patients cannot keep. However, you may be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment, if we are unable to find a replacement for you.
COMING SOON: TELEMEDICINE! We plan on offering telemedicine visits in 2019. A virtual visit may be appropriate for some common pediatric ailments like rashes, pink eye and some consultations. Check back for updates on this exciting visit option.
